On October 13, 2020, the ISCR signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) to promote close cooperation in the field of education between the ISCR and the Army College and to promote the development of both institutions. The MOU signing ceremony was held in the conference room on the 6th floor of KAIST Munji Campus, and attended by Directors of the ISCR Hyochung Bang, and the Dean of the Army College.
